* Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age. ( * বয়সৰ সীমা: প্ৰাৰ্থীৰ বয়স ১৮ ৰ পৰা ৪০ বছৰৰ ভিতৰত হ'ব লাগিব।)
* Education for Accredited Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering along with a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA). (* এক্ৰিডিটেড ইঞ্জিনিয়াৰৰ বাবে শিক্ষা: চিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়াৰিঙত ডিপ্লমা আৰু লগতে কম্পিউটাৰ এপ্লিকেচনত ডিপ্লমা (DCA) থাকিব লাগিব।)
* Education for GRS, CA, & GPC: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, plus a minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application. Candidates must also be well-versed in mobile applications.
