SEBA Solutions is excited to announce a massive recruitment drive to expand our specialized Book Publishing and Content Creation Team. We are looking for 135 dedicated professionals to help us deliver high-quality educational resources for students across Assam. They can work from home.
Vacancy Details
We are inviting applications for the following positions:
* Book or Content Reviewers: 10 Posts
* Typists (English/Assamese): 20 Posts
* Data Analysts: 10 Posts
* Computer Operators: 30 Posts
* Video Editors: 10 Posts
* MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff): 55 Posts
Job Profiles (Role & Responsibilities)
* Reviewers:
(a) Checking the accuracy of educational content and identifying errors in facts or grammar.
(b) Ensuring the books align with the latest SEBA syllabus and curriculum.
* Typists (English/Assamese):
(a) Converting handwritten notes or drafts into digital documents.
(b) Maintaining high accuracy and speed in both English and Assamese typing.
* Data Analysts:
(a) Managing student databases and analyzing educational data.
(b) Organizing and presenting information using MS Excel and other data tools.
* Computer Operators:
(a) Handling DTP (Desktop Publishing) work and designing book layouts.
(b) Managing general office computer tasks and file organization.
* Video Editors:
(a) Editing educational lectures and promotional videos for YouTube and the website.
(b) Adding graphics, transitions, and audio to enhance the learning experience.
* MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff):
(a) Assisting in daily office operations and document filing.
(b) Helping with the physical distribution of materials and general maintenance tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
* Reviewers: Degree in relevant subjects & having teaching experience will get high preference.
* Typists & Computer Operators: Higher Secondary (12th) passed with a Diploma in Computer Application (ADCA/DCA). Having high typing speed in English and Assamese will get high preference.
* Data Analyst: Graduate with strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
* Video Editor: 12th Pass and having Experience in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Filmora) will preferred.
* MTS: Minimum Class 10th (HSLC) passed.
Note : Fresher Candidates also can apply for these posts.
2. Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 38 years of age as of January 1, 2026. Standard age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per government norms.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000, depending on the post and experience level.
Selection Process
* Online Written Test: Basic Subject Knowledge/General Awareness.
* Skill Test: Typing test for Typists; Editing test for Video Editors; Technical test for Data Analysts.
* Personal Interview: Final evaluation of shortlisted candidates.
